Shipping Policy

  • Orders will generally be dispatched within 5-7 business days of receipt. You will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number upon dispatch.
  • Estimated delivery time* following dispatch of order:

- US Standard Shipping: 2 - 4 business days.

-  Rest of the world:  5-14 business days.

*These estimates assume that there are no delays at customs and delivery is not to a remote location. For deliveries to remote locations, please note that this may take additional time.

 

Return Policy

  • We have a 30-day 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy. Simply return your unused item(s) in its original packaging and we will refund your total amount.
  • All products are warranted to be replaced from defects. Please reach out to our Customer Service team if you request a replacement. Please specify your name. address. order number and a detailed description of the issue. and write "reclaim of purchase" as the subject of the email

 

*Note that repair/replacements will be charged in the following cases. even during the warranty term. 
- Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness:
- Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification:
- Failure or damage caused by fire or water or a natural disaster such as earthquakes:
- Esthetical changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging.
• Products may be replaced with substitutes if the originals are not available. 

 

Order Cancellation 

  •  If you wish to cancel or change your order before payment, please write to us at support@resinfans.com. If your order has been paid, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or change your order.

 

Package issues

  •  If your package is lost in transit, please write to us right away at support@funzbo.com and we will try our best to solve the issue. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any lost or stolen items once the items are declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.
